I will say the pool was beautiful, and the architectural design of the resort is amazing. But, there were bugs in our room. The resort staff who pick you up on the golf cart and take you to your room were very prejudice towards white people. Most of them would only pick you up if you speak Spanish. It was just blatant racism. Also, when I complained about the bugs in my room all they did was take the resort fees off for one night. Also all of the pool chairs have bird poop on them. I feel like there is a lot of aspects where they can improve on to make the resort more enjoyable.

I loved the hotel and the staff were wonderful. We did reboot the cabana one of our days to have shade all day. I would say this was the only day that annoyed me. The pool staff was great. There was one front desk girl who when we asked if we could rent it said the front desk does not help with this and sent us to a web page. After filling it out and being charged daypasses like we were not staying at the
