Galley bay is a place that when you get there, it exceeds the pictures! It was absolutely beautiful. Most of the main staff was extremely helpful, the only small issue we had was the staff that tended the bars were sometimes very snobby and made it feel like we were bothering them when we asked for drinks. Other than that it was paradise!

Beautiful and secluded location, rooms impeccable as to be expected with this kind of pricing. But service.... finally we found a hotel that understands what service means and what it does to its customers. We received personal attention, from valet parking service, the check in was welcoming like a warm bath, the fabulous concierge who was extremely helpful in arranging dinner, etc... in one word the service was fantastic.

Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.
