All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

Mooie grote kamer; heel goed bed; ruim terras. Het is zo stil en rustig dus heerlijke nachten. De ligging is top: aan de lagoon. Prachtige wandelingen vlak aan het hotel. Gevarieerd, heerlijk ontbijt met zicht op zee.

Fantastisch golf hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Super vriendelijk personeel. Onderhoud aan technische zaken enigzins achterstallig. Zoals gebroken douchekop, kapotte tegels op de vloer en tapijt in de hal vertoont ernstige slijtage. Zwembad erg fijn. Ontbijt was ook top.

The Shambhala aparthotel was a very nice place to stay. As we enjoyed out overall stay, we do have note that the matras was terrible to sleep on and gave us terrible back and shoulder pains. My advice would be to have them replaced! In terms of the location Parque Holandes… The only restaurant worth visiting is Don Pepè at the start of the parque. Because of the isolated part the parque is located a car is surely advisable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Fuerteventura at the Shambhala.

Alles heel netjes. De bedden waren wel wat doorgelegen. Misschien een welkomstdrankje aanbieden

Het gehele complex was goed onderhouden en zag er mooi uit. Ons appartement was het tegenovergestelde. Het kon wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Lekkage in de keuken. De matrassen waren niet goed. Zakte helemaal in. Roestplekken in de badkuip waren geverfd. Ophanging van de douchekop zat los. Handvaten van de ramen zaten ook los. Pluspunt was dat de poetsvrouw bijna iedere dag kwam poetsen en schone handdoeken brengen.

Nice spacious apartment, and nice & clean With all the things you should need during your stay . Friendly staff , great swimming pool . And breakfast was ok . Pool bar also was great !
