'I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the water or ac. I didn't visit the pool so I can't comment on it. The breakfast is very limited: mainly bread and cereal. But it's free parking as well. I would stay here again.'

'I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel...

'Do not book here , there’s a 40$ deposit that takes three days to get back on card. Kids were sitting in the lobby all night and day , everything was broken including the tv in our room , it was clear someone punched it. There was a broken table in the corner , smelt like mold . Lamps were ripped off , no trashcan inside the room. If there’s another hotel even for 5-10$ I highly advise you book that one'

'Attached to the Galleria, the hotel is convenient if you want to shop 'til you drop, but is distant to the Houston downtown. I was there only for one night for a medical course, but the hotel lacks a restaurant of its own, with only a bar in the lobby area. There is food from the bar which is decent. There is a restaurant across the driveway which is good, and of course there is a food court in the Galleria but takes a novice awhile to locate (Lower level FYI). The one amenity I was l was...

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '

'The staff at this hotel were by far the friendliest and most professional staff I have encountered at a hotel. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were also incredibly courteous and helpful. Overall it was an outstanding facility and experience.'
