'Firstly, the elevator was broken and I was on the third floor as I was told only upon arrival. This wouldn’t have been as issue but I I recently had knee surgery. I also found a hair in the shower before getting in the first time. The property was loud, and I could hear the neighbors playing music. The hallways were extremely hot, which I was worried for the housekeepers and staff.'

This is a horrible neighborhood, I do not recommend staying here. The owner was great and refunded our entire stay (5days), so that was good. But this is a dangerous neighborhood.'

'The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy. '

'I really liked this hotel. The establishment appeared impeccable, neat and clean. The staff was exceptional, gracefully taking care of customers who were displaced from an Embassy Suite hotel due to a/c power outage and simultaneously checking in their own customers expeditiously. This was a very short stay that wished was longer. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.'

'Get ready to gain some pounds with a calorie high and nutrient low breakfast. The highway side rooms are a nightmare as the sound isolation is low and the noise is day and night. The rooms themselves are clean and look ok. Rooms on the other side of the building are good as of the noise. '
