« The room that is stayed at was clean and has air-conditioning. The staff was really helpful. The only things to note that the bathroom that I stayed at was really small and the bed mattress was hard. So this is a ideal room for those that are planning to stay here for one or two nights trying to see Tianmen Mountain. »

« James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. We also got fantastic weather during our stay, which made the whole experience wonderful. I had an amazing time here! »

« Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...
