'Albert is the best host. He greeted us when we arrived with fresh tulips and showed us how everything worked. He helped us navigate the two biggest celebrations in Amsterdam. The houseboat is clean, very modern with all of the modern conveniences.... including heated bathroom floors. We will be back again.'

'The houseboat meets or exceeds expectations from photos and descriptions. It is very well appointed with great amenities and in a great location. Robertino, the host, is very communicative and welcoming, and also a great source for recommendations in the area. We have stayed in Amsterdam before but have never experienced it like this and would highly recommend. It is a destination in itself.'

'Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und alles war ganz toll vorbereitet. Das Schiff liegt etwas 15 Minuten mit der Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann auch einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang bis zur Innenstadt machen - kein Problem! Die Gastgeberin hat uns noch richtig gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Amsterdam gegeben. 'My friend and I absolutely loved our stay on the boat. The neighborhood is quiet so it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam Centre. The suite is spacious and very comfortable with all of the amenities you would need. Sander was very friendly and provided a lot of information about the area. 'We had such a lovely and easy going stay on the Ms Luctor. We were conveniently located near Centraal Station and could get anywhere we wanted with the bikes available to us. Breakfast every morning was such a treat. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had just enough apartment-like space to be cozy while visiting Amsterdam.'

'Ein schönes und gepflegtes Hausboot mit schöner Lage. Alles im allen war es ein schöne Erfahrung auf dem Hausboot, leider muss ich eine negative Sache anmerken. Leider hat bei uns der Mülleimer sehr starke nach Aschenbecher gestunken, dieser Geruch hat sich leider Tage gehalten. Zumindest immer dann wenn man die Schublade zur Mülltonne öffnete. Das war leider sehr unangenehm. Wenn es diese Sache nicht gegeben hätte, hätte ich auch für die Sauberkeit 5 Sterne gegeben. Ein zusätzlicher...

This location is close to everything, but on a quiet canal. We loved the funky old boat, but I would caution that the photos might be unintentionally misleading. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed.
