« Francis Way worked out great for our getaway. House was just as pictured and location great to get downtown Saugatuck and up to Holland. Wished there would have been a deadbolt lock on the front door and the drain in the upstairs hall bathtub was a little fussy but neither interfered with our enjoyment of our stay. »

« All of my adult children and partners were able to get together for three nights stay. The property offers a great location and was plenty big enough for 8 adults. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. It was warm from the start in 76 degree weather. The 2nd floor wouldn’t cool below 77 degrees. Several box fans were provided which indicates that the condo is struggling to cool. The power went out for about three hours and the air conditioning would not work after that on our last...

« House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back! »

« Nice place, but you have no access to lake. Also, be sure to read the house rules, because we were charged extra for not stripping the sheets on 2 of the 12 beds in the house. »

« We were here for our brother/father/father-in-law's memorial service, so it was a sad time, but the house and location were perfect. We spent a lot of time on the side decks and front porch and even watered the herbs and tomato plant. Appreciated the non-traditional lawn. We enjoyed the short walk to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in happier times. Nicely furnished with very modern kitchen. Would have appreciated some smaller bed pillows and better...

« We really enjoyed our weekend at this fantastic property. Everything we needed was provided, and the property was clean and bright. The check-in and checkout instructions were very specific - enough that we did not require additional assistance. Only suggestion is some more storage space for longer stays, but this was no problem for us since it was a short weekend. Beautiful property. »

« Great property, very clean and well appointed. The deck and back yard are very nicely furnished with pretty landscaping. The entry to the cottage was a bit complicated and it should say in the directions that the entry is the back door. Overall it is a great cottage and we would like to return. »

« The property is ideal for a large group or, in our case, a family reunion. With people coming together from all over the country, the house has plentiful spaces to relax and visit, as well as eat together. We had all our meals "at home" and found the house well stocked with plates, utensils and glasses. And it's nice having a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for older family members. The location is convenient for walking or driving to town. We had a great reunion and 90th birthday...

« We had such a great time staying in this home. It was super clean and the space fit our group perfectly. We all enjoyed the pool especially the grandkids. We spent so much time at the house because of the pool. There is also alot to do in the area for kids and adults. This house was very well supplied with the essentials and some extra things. « We booked this location specifically because we were looking for a hot tub. We ended up getting about 30 minutes of enjoyment before it broke. We messaged Ethan and he was able to send someone out that day, but it was broken and needed a part, which meant it was down for our stay. The place is has a good sized living room and kitchen which made for a good place to hang out. We enjoyed our time in this location and had it been warmer weather we would have enjoyed the pool too! « This house was immaculate. Not only is it beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice) but it is so spacious, clean and has everything you need. The house if very well equipped especially if your a family coming with kids. The pool and hot tub were great and we loved how close we were from town. The checkin process was simple. « We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. »

« This large house sits on the bluff of a gorgeous setting. We were here in May so we could see the lake perfectly. The house is a bit older and shows wear of a well-loved home that occurs from lots of use and some stress from elements of the weather. The deck is brand new and offers a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beach was huge and beautiful. Lots of stairs! We didn't need the upstairs of the home at all but saw there were plenty of beds for kids and other adults. Would go again just...
