Located in the quiet village of Vanato, this property is set away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet just a short drive away from Zante town.
Comfortably accommodating up to five guests, this villa features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a sofa bed. Additionally, the master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower and the main bathroom has a whirlpool bath. The stylish kitchen has all of the latest mod cons. This property has everything to make your self-catering stay effortless.
Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful fruit tree garden, kept to perfection. With sun loungers, a shaded patio, and additional outdoor seating, there is plenty of space to soak up and reside from the sun. What’s more, a charcoal grill and outdoor barbeque area make quiet nights in fun for all the family.
Private parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens, and towels are also provided to ensure a cool and comfortable stay at Villa Vigneto.
To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is 1 step down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
