'I booked the hotel on the same day of arrival. The owner waited me and sent me many WhatsApp messages before I arrived with instructions. The hotel is very clean and quiet, close to the ship dock . Do not forget to ask the owner for discount tickets for local tourist activities. '

'Receptionist not aware of my stay at all and took more than 15 minutes to confirm. Room condition not well maintained. '

'This property was incredibly lovely. It is well outfitted and conveniently located. Everything is nice, new and sparkling clean. The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. '
