Hostels in Yorkshire and the Humber

'Mooi hotel, leuke kamers. Nadeel was dat het raam niet open kon blijven staan. De badkamer was erg eenvoudig. Leek op de badkamer van een stacaravan, paste eigenlijk niet bij de stijl van de kamer. Hotel heeft geen lift, hetgeen het reizen met een zware koffer moeilijk maakt, zeker als je op de 3e verdieping je kamer hebt. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen t.o.v. het centrum. Op een paar minuten lopen van een Wetherspoon (pub).'

Good surroundings, room was warm, toilets and showers are up on the next floor which is good, breakfast is good too and free beverages (tea and coffee free at any time), all in all, a very good experience, happy to recommend others to stay at the hostel, thank you. 'Välkomnande. God service. Atmosfären kändes avkopplande och bidrog till en trivsamhet. För att vara UK var det ovanligt bra ordning o reda! Så som vi vill ha det i Sverige. Möttes vid incheck av en en omhändertagande kvinna, som senare visade sig vara Manager. Så jag "kom rätt" från början. All övrig personal gav mig sedan all önskvärd service! Detta hostel är för mig klanderfritt! Enda negativa för mig som Interrailare, är i så fall är att det inte är placerat nära järnvägsstationen. Det ligger...

'I stayed at the new hostel on King Street that replaced the old building very suddenly. As a result they are still in the process of setting it up but even so it is still welcoming and pleasant. They must've worked really hard to get it ready so quickly. My room and bed were excellent and I imagine nowhere else offers such great value in a major city centre on a Friday night.
