« Robert greeted us at the door and was friendly. The room we were shown to was perfect, bed was comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. The location of Kirkgate House was great, in the middle of the town with bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Would recommend and if we visit Knaresborough again, definitely would stay. »

« What amazing stay here for New Year’s Eve . It was the cutest place, the enormous gorgeous Christmas had me sold it was amazing and made it extra special all the little extras all the decorations. The hosts were so lovely , friendly welcoming and nothing was too much for them . The breakfast was amazing and a great selection. The room was very clean and cosy . « Host very helpful, room spotless with an unexpected surprise of a lovely view and private patio area..very handy if you vape or smoke. Guest kitchen area/breakfast room fully stocked with with various breakfast items ranging from eggs to bread, fresh pots of fruit, cerial, pastries and even fresh coffee if thats what you desire. I would definitely recommend this B&B. »
