Un endroit qui ne peut tout simplement pas ĂȘtre battu. Cette maison est Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied de tout ce que York Beach a Ă  offrir. Quarante ans de souvenirs ont Ă©tĂ© crĂ©Ă©s ici et maintenant c'est Ă  votre tour de crĂ©er ces mĂȘmes bons souvenirs en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison confortable peut accueillir huit personnes et dispose d'une salle de bains et demie, ainsi que d'une nouvelle douche extĂ©rieure! Family Vacation

Location allowed us plenty of beach time with the grandchildren. Close enough to go several times a day plus the playground at Short Sands was ideal! Great backyard with lots of toys and games provided. Great deck space for family cookouts. House well equipped with dishes and cookware. Outdoor shower was a big hit with the hot weather.

I stayed here with my husband, 18mo old, and in laws. The house was perfect for us - clean, spacious, in such a convenient location and it had everything you could need for a day at the beach or rainy day. Tina was so nice & accommodating. We had an amazing time & would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay - best location!

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and has all the little things to make your stay very comfortable. We had a group of 8 and felt we had plenty of space - the outdoor shower was a huge plus for us! We walked to short sands every day which was only about a 10 minute walk. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood!

Wonderful Family Vacation in York

My husband and I traveled to York ME for family reunion with our three adult children and their significant others. We had a wonderful time! The house is in perfect location to allow us to walk to both beaches and Nubble Light. We really appreciated the beach chairs, coolers and wagons for our beach days! We loved the deck and kitchen had all the little extras for family dinners. We would highly recommend for family vacation!

Girlfriends getaway

The home was perfect for our group of three girlfriends. We each had our own comfortable room. The full bath and half bath were perfect, and we appreciated the laundry facilities and detergent etc. Kitchen was well appointed, and again we appreciated the extras (ice, oils, wraps etc.). Very clean home, and we love the new comfy. couch. Great location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a wonderful home to create some new memories and just catch-up with one another. The deck was also wonderful!

Comfortable place by the sea

This house was perfectly situated between both beaches and a quick walk down to the light house! Plenty of supplies for cooking at the house and plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance and short drives! We had a great time at the zoo and was much bigger than we expected! Host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond.

Perfect location!

My family of 7, had an amazing stay. The house is very charming and comfortable, We cooked a lot of meals and really enjoyed the spacious deck. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed the walk to Long Sands Beach, the lighthouse, Fox’s and Short Sands. We even enjoyed an outdoor yoga class with gorgeous ocean views at ViewPoint Hotel - a short walk from the house. Day trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and Portland were also enjoyable. I highly recommend the house!

Beautiful home away from home

Quiet neighborhood, great location and well equipped home. Easy check in, clean home, lots of privacy and space for our family. Owners put a lot of thought into details that made it easy to find everything and quickly feel at home. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect!

We are a family of 7 that choose a different location for our annual family vacation
we chose Maine this year and luckily found this perfect house and location! Walkable to the beaches, a close by playground, the lighthouse and the best restaurants. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. My grandkids especially loved the backyard games, beach toys and the “magic” game cabinet. Thank you, Tina and Phil for providing the perfect place to create the memories we will take with us forever!

Fun family trip

We stayed here with our family, 6 adults and 2 babies age one. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. We loved the nice backyard, which was great to leg the kids crawl around. The deck was great for family dinners. Our only negative was that the house was very hot upstairs. It did rain and was rather humid during our stay. We loved the location and that we could walk anywhere! Thank you!

Girls Weekend

Had a wonderful girls weekend away in York with my 3 daughters and grand daughter, Tina’s home is in an ideal location, close to everything that York has to offer, including Hubble lighthouse. Everything was in walking distance! Quiet and upscale neighborhood, Tina’s house was immaculate upon arrival, is warmly decorated
.absolutely stunning! Beautiful back yard, large deck, and fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Tina was a wonderful host, highly recommended rental!

Wow wow wow!!

Talk about impressive! The house is gorgeous and has everything you can imagine plus some! We had a great time and shared more laughs and stories than we could count! We never turned the tv on—as it was just so peaceful to sit around and enjoy each other. The deck is amazing! We got a rain shower and put out the awning at first stop and continued to enjoy the deck and stayed dry! Everything you could want! We are already planning our next trip!
