'We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.'

'The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...

'Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a una tercera habitación...

'Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely.'
