Luxurious Cabin with private Niangua River access & view

This luxurious and secluded cabin lies in the middle of 75 private acres. The cabin sits atop a majestic Ozark bluff with an extraordinary view. This rustically finished cabin is great for 1-2 families or a group of friends on vacation together. This completely private getaway includes two full bedrooms with king beds, a sleeping loft with two twin size beds, two full size beds, and 2 full twin size cots with 5 “ memory foam mattress + linens. Cave Creek has an open floor plan, a wood fire place and a screened in front porch that allows you to see for miles.

Firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. In addition, satellite TV is included (DISH network) along with a selection of DVDs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and great for gathering and visiting. New coffee bar(2023)!!

This property is only 5 miles away from the nationally renowned Bennett Springs State Park. Relax by the fire pit or enjoy a day at the river. This property comes with Niangua River access and PRIVATE gravel bar for our guests. One can enjoy fishing, hiking, picnicking, swimming and fun in the sun. With our property only minutes away from the State Park, you will be able to enjoy a day of trout fishing or book a float trip on the Niangua River with friends or family.

Effective with all new bookings August 25, 2025 forward, we will no longer host PETS.

The Niangua River is a spring feed and is absolutely beautiful. Have a special event coming up? Family vacation, anniversary, birthday celebration, friends getaway, honeymoon, fishing excursion, holiday get together, and so much more....

Amazing cabin in the woods

This was our third trip to this very inviting cabin in the woods. The cabin itself is clean and fully stocked with your basic necessities. The hike down and up from the river isn’t for the faint of heart but so worth it. The river is peaceful and in the three years we’ve been coming we’ve seen two people kayaking down the river. Our teenage kids spend hours catching crawdads and building minnow forts in the rocks. We come back every year because it’s remote, very little wifi and where we can take our teenagers to act like kids again. Highly recommend this little peace of paradise.

Summer Vacay

Spent a nice, relaxing few days at this cabin with friends. We loved the peaceful surroundings. The cabin is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has all necessities. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for river access. The owner provided us all necessary information.

Very Nice Place

The description was very accurate and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. The property is secluded and beautiful and the cabin was clean and roomy with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Only a few things we had "issues" with were the lighting could be improved inside the cabin, the road down to the river was pretty rough but in all fairness they had just gotten a LOT of rain, and the neighbor needs a better fence to keep his cows in. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very nice and clean cabin, but 1 bathroom and no so close to the river

We really loved it, very clean and comfortable -except there is only 1 bathroom- so despite having 12 beds, it is not practical for a large group. The river is not so close, so there is no river view. Road to the river was temporary closed to vehicles (Important: only 4x4 vehicles can take this road as it is really steep), so walking there was not easy. Again, we loved it but wanted to highlight the cons to be fair.

Old Guys at Cave Creek

3rd or 4th stay for aging group of fly fishermen during winter catch and release. Plenty of room, porch is great place for equipment, rods waders,etc. Fun around the firepit. Plenty of kitchen dining lounge space.

Annual Trip

This is are 3rd annual fishing trip and 2nd time staying here. We didn’t even look at any other rental when we planned our 2nd stay. We won’t look next year either, we will just book this cabin. This is the best place to stay at Bennet Springs area and the host is amazing to work with. Thank you for hosting us again.
