'De locatie is perfect, het ligt heel centraal.'

'Huisje ligt op een mooie plek op een vakantiepark met verder voornamelijk stacaravans. Er zijn voorzieningen op het park (zwembad bijv tegen betaling). Vanaf het park is er ook een directe toegang tot het meer (Windermere). Het huisje is voor een gezin met 3 kinderen (1, 5, 7 jr) of meer dan 2 volwassenen echter wel vrij krap. Wij vonden het huisje niet zo schoon: het keukengerei was soms nog vies/vet, we vonden onder tafel vies ondergoed en sokken (?!). Ook waren er te weinig schone handdoeken....

'Well proportioned, clean property set within a beautiful location. Would happily stay again at this price point. Could be noted that the site Wi-Fi is essentially £30 a week which is mildly annoying, but hopefully you’ll be spending your days out and about enjoying the incredible scenery!'

'Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay.'

'Potter's Lodge is a beautifully decorated 3 bed Lodge set in the ideal lakeside location of White Cross Bay Holiday Park. 5 minutes drive from central Windermere, which has good train network links to London and Glasgow, the train station being perfectly situated next to Booths, a pleasant large supermarket with fresh produce. The buses are very frequent with the 599 stopping outside White Cross Bay Holiday Park direct from Windermere train station, and onto picturesque Ambleside and Grasmere. ...
