« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting the area for a few days. The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. The quiet setting was much needed after our busy days visiting the local parks. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the future! »

« Great location. Excellent view. The F22 Raptors were cool to see. Not so loud. Host was great. The place does not have a full size oven, so plan accordingly. Beds were comfy. »

« It was a nice place. It was like a nice studio sized ap with a lower level living room. Very close to the university where I was at the entire weekend. The owner is nice and easy to talk to. »

« We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life! »

« Communication with Jackie was great and she responded with answers to questions quickly. Check in was smooth and no hiccups. The property was great for my large family and there was plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen was well stocked as well. We enjoyed our visit to the area. »

« Beautiful property. Owner responded very quickly to questions and resolved problem quickly. Seems pricey. We enjoyed our time there. Very quiet. »
