'Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended'

'Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. 'Working in area for business so thought I’d try something closer to the town due to evening plans. Welcomed on arrival (needed to phone number on door due to small team running the place) and showed to room (top floor…not ideal if you can’t handle stairs!). Room good size, plenty of home comforts and most importantly good bed and shower! Overall a solid experience and will be back I’m sure when in area. '
