'We stayed in room 17, parrot room. Very large space. TV was obscured by 4 poster bed frame, would be better above mantle. The room is by the front door, and the room above must be wooden floored as we heard a lot of footsteps/lpud thuds on the ceiling. We paid £3 for a parking permit for the W zone, but didnt find a parking space so ended up at the leisure centre - 10 min walk away Bed was comfy, but very soft. Pillows need replacing. 'Little gem of a place, lovely little suite photos are absolutely honest, really clean and warm with a great shower and a comfy bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. If you have mobility issues though this isn’t the accommodation for you, stairs up to the flat door then another short but fairly steep set up to the suite door, another short but steep windy staircase to the bedroom from the lounge, I did however find this a nice quirky addition.One thing to bear in mind is that your are over...

'Nutshell is a really lovely little place to stay, ideal for couples and close to the town. There was a bit of noise on Halloween but that’s to be expected in Whitby - the other two nights were very quiet. We’ll definitely book again.'
