Châteaux à Whitby

« I really enjoy my stay, lovely room, very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast ! I'll come back for sure ! »

« lovely room and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was lovely and it had gorgeous views of the sea »

« Great location & lovely spacious room. Communication was exceptional & everything was easy to understand. We would recommend staying here as it’s very quiet but so easy to get into Whitby & a few metres from the beach. We have already said we want to stay again. »

« The room was ok but was not serviced daily. The heating only came on for around an hour in the morning and as it is October perhaps should have been a couple of hours at night. The staff were polite and friendly. »

« We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. « The whole apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated to an excellant standard. The bed was probably the most comfortable i had ever slept in and the dual shower was a spa in itself.I would give it a 6star rating and that wouldn't be enough. »

« While we liked the theme of the pub, and the staff were friendly, the stay was let down by a poor nights sleep due to very thin walls and chatter in the pub past 11pm (despite the pub closing at 10). I did complain, and the noise did stop after some time, but it took a significant amount of time to get to sleep even after that. The pillows were also not to our preference, being extremely soft, but we didn’t raise this with staff (as we only stayed one night) so we don’t know if there were any...
