« The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. « From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them. 1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout.
