'Homeless drunks in front of the hotel and lobby area every single day ..We didn’t feel safe.. security threaten to remove us at 2 am due to a complaint from another room . We just returned from the Chris Brown and Usher concert we were just talking and not loudly. Security almost broke the door down to inform us to keep the noise down. 'This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum.
