'Mooi verblijf! Ideaal gelegen om Auckland te bezoeken. Op loopafstnd van de winkelstraten en de gezellige haven waar allerlei leuke restaurants zitten. Parnell, het historische gedeelte ligt ook op wandelafstand. DE auto konden wij parkeren onder het hotel voor NZ 30 per dag. Prima geregeld. Personeel erg vriendelijk en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op he binnenplein. Wij gaan zeker terug!'

Location is about 10-15mins walk to the centre and a lot of parking space closeby (free in weekends, during weekdays 3.5 NZD for the first 2 hours after that 6NZD per hour (8am-6pm))'

'Fijn hotel, op 10 min lopen van het Centrum. Fijne bedden, keukentje aanwezig, inclusief wasmachine. Balcon, met zo’n in de middag. Bij het zwembad juist zon in de ochtend. Vriendelijk personeel. Er was een ventilator op de kamer voor de warme dagen, dat werkte prima.'

'Nice apartment, clean, basic interior, everything you need is there, even a dishwasher, nice view, old couch, beds are okay, nice and friendly staff, parking facilities are a challenge (steep slope), close to the centre and exit roads, in the Middle of students district'

'I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away. When I went to use the toaster for breakfast it was broken and did not work. To be honest I was quite disappointed given the cost of the room. It was...

'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'
