Par contre la literie avec des matelas à ressorts et des lits pour deux assez étroits, par rapport à ce qui se fait pour ce prix, ce n'est pas acceptable. On a signalé qu'on avait mal dormi quand on nous a demandé si tout allait bien, sans plus de considération. Pour dîner, prévoir 2h de service. L'espace piscine est vieillissant. »

« A lovely old-fashioned hotel in a stunning setting. Comfortable, clean, cozy. On arrival we were surprised to find nobody there even though we'd waited for reception opening time. "Un hôtel ancien authentique, en plein centre-ville et pourtant très très calme : notre chambre donnait sur une rue, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte, et pas un bruit ! La ville est exceptionnellement silencieuse le soir et la nuit. La chambre familiale est petite mais suffisante pour une nuit: au lieu d’un lit double et un lit simple, nous avons eu le lit double en 140, et un canapé lit. Le bar de l’hôtel est très agréable, et les plats servis au restaurant sont excellents. Pas de parking mais parking public à 5mn, gratuit de 18h à 8h00."

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
