'Once we changed rooms it was better. First room,on 4th floor, had a closet door hanging partially off and a curtain hanging off also. The room had a brown stain where it appeared the ac unit had leaked. The room was rather musty smelling. The second room, on the first floor, was much better. No Gideons Bible in the drawer so we left a Hellfighters Search and Rescue New Testament. I was traveling with my female wife of 38 years!!'

'Booked a room was supposed to cost me a certain amount winded up spending over because the guy didn't want to go to my reservation he just booked us a room by itself so I wanted up have to spend more than what I was told I would be spending but the place was nice very clean refrigerator didn't work in our room'

'I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the stay. There were too many rules and this made me feel uncomfortable. Even to use the rooms there were additional restrictions. Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage and clean the refrigerator. I think it is not fair to pay an additional cost when practically one must do all the cleaning tasks.In addition, the extra charge of 59 and the constant instructions not to...
