Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.'

'This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!'

'Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets.'

'The hotel is okay. The room freshener that they spray is awful. The floors are dirty. Whoever stayed in the room before us had used the ice bucket lid as their dinner plate. It was nasty.'

'Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available'

'very convenient not very clean bed sucked carpet needed shampooing furniture looked like it came from a used thrift store air conditioner was old and very noisy and i bet the filter was old shower curtain was to long. it was dirty and always wet. Yuk. probably the worst hotel room we ever stayed in Parking was very convenient'

'This is an older coastal hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. We boarded a whale/puffin excursion just across the parking lot. Parking was convenient. I would certainly stay here again and am looking forward to doing that!'

'We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories. The pool is fantastic, the views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate that most have air conditioning. Our only small suggestion would be to improve towel replenishment and trash...
