2/10 (1 avis)
Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it.
The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, but this was far beyond what is reasonable. The condition of the room made our stay genuinely unpleasant, and we would not stay here again.

"Cleaning service knocking at the door at 7:30 am and 9:00 am ! No water in the room when arriving at 2:00 am Average for a 4* and not worth the price. Very convenient though (5 min walk from terminal)"

"Très bel hôtel, petit-déjeuner apprécié. Le point négatif était le lit d'appoint (canapé lit) peu confortable."
