Each of the four bedrooms features a king-size bed with an adjustable base, allowing you to comfortably read, relax, or watch TV before falling asleep. Every bedroom also includes a Smart TV, bedside lamps with USB charging ports, nightstands, and ample storage for your belongings.

The home offers two full bathrooms and one convenient half bath off the main living area.

All bathrooms feature heated toilet seats with three temperature settings for added comfort. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

The primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs near the remaining bedrooms.

A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your use.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, bakeware, and everything needed to prepare meals just like home.

We keep checkout simple so our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.

Before departing, please:

• Place used towels in the bathtub
• Leave beds unmade (no need to strip linens)
• Place trash in the outside dumpster
• Start the dishwasher using the 1-hour cycle, if available
• Lock up

★☆ Rental Agreement ☆★

A rental agreement must be completed before check-in.

For VRBO and direct bookings, a copy of a valid government-issued ID matching the reservation is required. (Airbnb guests are exempt since Airbnb verifies payment information.)

The primary renter must be:

✔ At least 30 years old, or
✔ At least 25 years old with two or more positive Airbnb or VRBO reviews

✔ Smoking is permitted outdoors only with all doors and windows closed.

✔ Smoking or vaping inside the home will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.
