Prime Ma'alaea Location
Nestled in the peaceful oceanfront community of Island Sands, this condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Its central Maui location makes it easy to explore the island, with Kahului Airport, Wailea, and Lahaina all about 20 minutes away, while Pa'ia, Makawao, and the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge are just a short drive farther. During whale season (November through April), you can often watch humpback whales from your private lanai, while green sea turtles are frequently spotted along the shoreline in front of the resort year-round. A short walk south leads to Haycraft Park and Sugar Beach, Maui's longest undeveloped beach, perfect for swimming, beachcombing, and long sunset strolls. Less than a mile north, Ma'alaea Harbor features restaurants, shops, snorkeling and Molokini tours, whale-watching excursions, sunset cruises, the Maui Ocean Center, and family-friendly attractions. For added convenience, a Maui Bus stop at Ma'alaea Village provides easy access to public transportation to many destinations across the island.

Important Information
* NO SMOKING in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
* Please note that a $200 fee will be applied for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
