"A/Bay" beach is an easy three minute drive from the condo! Enjoy the palm-lined beach for swimming, snorkeling, diving and sailing charters, as well as SUP and kayak rentals. Enjoy a sunset cruise, experience a Hawaiian luau, snorkel or dive, play in the pristine ocean, or just relax and soak in the beautiful Hawaiian sun. Explore the peaceful ancient ponds that border the beach. Or enjoy a Happy Hour drink or dinner on the beach at A/Bay at the Lava-Lava Restaurant and Bar! We are located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort Development so there's a lot of activities to choose from!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was a great location and a short walk to an amazing beach and shopping. We had all the amenities, and it was very well stocked (including a closet full of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas.) All the rooms were decorated beautifully and set up perfectly for our family of 4 The host, Jayne, was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

We had a marvelous time for a full week with plenty of space for the four of us. The full kitchen helped save on food costs and the two balconies with a view of the ocean made morning breakfast special. The condo is clean and close to the pool and grills. First Time to the Big Island

This was our first visit to the Big Island, and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we had so much fun visiting local beaches and exploring the island. Jayne was great to work with, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, and the residents were friendly. We will be returning to learn more about the island and will want to stay here if we can.

Ten Days at the Vista Waikoloa

Overall, my family had a relaxing vacation at this condo at Vista Waikoloa. We're longtime visitors to the Big Island but this was our first stay in Waikoloa and while we anticipated it would very different from staying in and around the Hilo side of the island and Kailua-Kona. Those differences aside, the condominium at Vista Waikoloa was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The view from the large lanai was gorgeous. The unit itself was spacious, well-furnished, and we very much appreciated the large and well-appointed kitchen. We did quite a bit of cooking while we were there and aside from not being able to find the lid to rice maker, this kitchen is well-suited for making family meals. We were also very happy with the details like the shampoo/conditioner/body wash conditioners and the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, swim noodles, and coolers. This large condo oozes quality and we would recommend it without reservation. We'll be be back!

Lovely Property!!

The views! The Tradewinds! The quiet! So peaceful.We absolutely loved our stay at Jayne's condo. It was clean and stocked with extra detergents and paper and wares. Comfortable bed. Linens that were laundered in scent free detergent. All of the appliances worked. The AC worked very well. Close to beautiful bay for swimming, ocean front walking, shopping and dining, etc. Wish we could live here but will settle for hoping we can visit again.

Lovely and relaxing stay

We stayed a week at Jayne’s condo. Probably the most well equipped rental we have stayed at. It was more like someone’s home. It was very quiet and comfortable. The view was very nice of the grounds and the ocean. The wraparound porch was great. Good location near King’s and Queen’s shopping plazas. Also near some beautiful beaches. We didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked nice. Jayne was very responsive and had lots of local recommendations and books/magazines. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, relaxing

All aspects of this property booking were excellent. The host was prompt with communication, offered flexibility when asked, and really nice touches with greetings, treats on arrival, a very well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully decorated condo. The complex was quiet, pool was a very peaceful place to end the day. All in all an excellent location, would highly recommend for four adults.

It is easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local shopping centers. The lap swimming pool was my favorite! It was refreshing to start the day with a few laps in the pool. Jayne is very attentive and ensured we had all the information we needed.

Absolutely Lovely Trip

Condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious lanai for breakfast, lunches, and evening relaxation. Definitely the best equipped condo we have stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked, ample towels and beach towels, interesting books on Hawaii and handy beach gear available. It is a fabulous location...close to A-Bay and the amenities at Kings Shops and Queens marketplace (Island Gourmet Markets). Just a 15 minute drive to wonderful restaurants on the Kohala Coast and 30 minutes to Waimea farmers market. Mahalo to our host for the exceptional communication which made everything stress-free and the many thoughtful touches. We hope to return to this paradise!

An ideal spot in paradise

Jayne's place is spacious, beautiful and spotless. I've never seen a rental as well stocked as this. She has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. The complex is very quiet and most days we had the (spectacular) salt water pool to ourselves if we weren't out at Hapuna beach or snorkeling at ABay. Breakfasts and dinners on the patio were great. I highly recommend a stay here. I hope we make it back next year.
