This property was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, had everything you could need for cooking at home, plus lots of extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Check out was so easy and Richard responds quickly to any questions. The pool is a very short walk from the condo which is nice. There is also an open air gym next to the pool. We could not have been happier.

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed, and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel welcome. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home.The beach gear was a huge bonus. The umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. We also loved spending time on the lanais, which were perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.The location was excellent as well. For anyone considering staying at a resort, this home offers a great alternative. It’s just a short drive from the Hilton Waikoloa Village, where you can purchase a day pass if you’d like to enjoy the resort amenities for a day. We also enjoyed the Ocean Club, which was a nice option to have nearby.Richard was a wonderful host and made the entire experience seamless.We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and relaxing place to stay.

This property is 5-star all day - - - and Richard is a 5-star host! Excellent stay in all ways! The cleaning lead even texted early during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The condo is pristine and well-stocked, including everything you need for the beach and outdoor fun.Great views of the ocean, a top-notch restaurant on-property, lovely pool area, and a fitness center overlooking the ocean.We'll definitely be back! Even better than the pictures! Huge gorgeous home with ocean views and open living room. It’s in the perfect spot of the complex because it’s less busy but walkable to the pool. It really exceeded our expectations in every way, the live music at the pool club was a huge bonus and the sunsets are unbearable over a lava cliff. An absolute dream! Richard the owner and Jackie the helper are both gracious and communicative, truly the best of the best.

Richard’s property was an ideal accommodation for our family of five. We enjoy a slow, leisurely pace when preparing meals, planning a hike, a visit to a beach or the Hali’i Kai pool and so many adventures that the Big Island provides. But we also love that we can recharge on the lanais with a breathtaking view of the ocean waves, palm trees in the breeze or another nap.Richard and Jackie were prompt with replies to questions. The whole experience at 16G is another wonderful experience that adds to our aloha spirit. Mahalo!

Property is exactly as listed and the owner was beyond helpful with recommendations in the area. The extras provided in the home were an absolute bonus. Truly a wonderful spacious home and the grounds are breathtaking and beautifully manicured.

Great Place

Been to the Big Island many times and usually stay in a hotel on the island. Found this property a great option, a lot of room, good location and had everything we would want from a location.

Our Ohana enjoyed staying here, for the first! Walking distance to the pool is a blessing for keiki's & kupuna's!Wonderful having a restaurant on site for last minute munchies!! Love it!! Cleanliness of condo greatly appreciated! Fantastic having TV’s in all bedrooms & living space perfect for everyone. We loved staying at this beautiful, well equipped home. It’s our second time in this neighborhood and it’s our favorite in the Waikoloa area. Great communication before and during our stay, we’ll be back!

Before you read ahead, BOOK this property! We are Kona vets, and just spent an amazing 8 days here in Hali’i’ Kai, and Richard’s *wonderful* unit 16G and this is now our new spot! First, let me vouch for Richard, who is the kindest and most attentive owner we could have hoped for. Incredibly fast to answer any questions, both pre trip and once during the trip. We wanted for nothing, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, all made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. All beds are *very comfortable. Check in-butter smooth. Lanai’s on main floor and master floor, just awesome. Spent great quiet and family time, talking, reading, and breathing in that pacific salt air from just a couple hundred yards away. The pictures from the lanai don’t do them justice. You WILL spend time out there! But among our most favorite elements, being a 90 second walk from the incredible oceanfront workout facility that we hit every single morning, looking at the pacific just 30 yards in front of you. All of this sits next to an amazing pool/hot tub as well as a very welcoming restaurant/bar just for those in Hali’i’ Kai. We ended up eating here 3x. Gr8 food/drink and million dollar sunsets!! Dinner and sunset here is a must! Fire dancer on Thursday. Live music Friday. The entire neighborhood is gated and absolutely spotless. It’s very clear owners take great pride. Garage filled with beach chairs, tous, umbrellas, huge bonus! Bottom line, BOOK THIS PLACE before we do, because we will be back!

Beauty and Perfection

AMAZING!! Check in was easy. Place was super clean! Lots of beach stuff in garage. The best sunsets from Both the decks! Pool is beautiful. Loved the keypad on the door. Washer did not work for us- that was a bummer for how much you pay for the place. Owner said they are getting new washer and dryer in Feb. (Small issue with the pool- this is not on the owner. You Can’t bring your own drinks in the pool area- not even water. That was lame, just an fyi).

Great experience from booking to check-out. Unit was clean, stocked, centrally located to all areas of the island. Pool restaurant has a great menu selection and friendly staff. The unit owner was fabulous to work with. Our family loved every minute.

This condo and resort area has everything that you would want or need on a vacation. The condo itself was spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated! The owner was great with communications and recommendations. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit.

Vacation

Our stay in Waikoloa was wonderful. Communication with the owner was timely and friendly. The setting of the condo was perfect… watching whales from the porch a highlight. The pool and restaurant were conveniently located and we spent several evenings there. I hope to visit the Big Island again! Starting in this same location would be ideal.
