"I liked how close the hotel was to a big train station where you could also take trams and busses. Right in front of the hotel there also was a tram. Within walking distance you can find plenty of super markets/convenience stores and two smaller shopping malls/centers with different kinds of shops and food. All the places we wanted to visit were very easy to reach from our hotel. The area felt safe and we didn't experience any noise issues even though we were literally next to the train tracks. Sometimes you'd hear a train but nothing too loud or noisy. The AC was our biggest issues. It was terribly hot the week we were there and you could barely feel the AC. We mentioned this multiple times and they said they would take a look. But they never got back to us. We eventually noticed other people getting a standing fan and had to ask one for ourselves. I feel like they should have offered it themselves cause they knew we were having a hard time sleeping due to the warmth. Another issues was the housekeeping. They were really inconsistent with what time they were coming. Sometimes we came back to our hotel room around 3-5 pm and the room had yet to be cleaned. I honestly expected a bit more of a 4 star hotel. It definitely wasn't bad just not 4 star level. It was the small stuff like small elevators, 1 tiny shower gel for 2 people, staff not anticipating your needs (like the fan), not refilling tissues or creamers without asking etc. "
