'The host welcomed us super friendly, waiting at the parking spot on the street to hold parking for us and gave us the parking allawance for free parking. He even carried our two suitcases upstairs to the appartment. The appartment was renovated, modern designed and spacious, with bricks and wooden detailed interior. Located just a few steps from the Ibla’s monuments, a cathedral and a restaurant & bar streets. The kitchen is well equipped, with coffee and tea machine as well and breakfast in the...

'We had a fantastic time in Modica. Giorgio and his wife gave us a very warm welcome, with lemon cake, home made jelly and homemade olive oil. The house is very, very nice, well equipped and the view from the garden is gorgeous. Lots of nice things to do in the area. And last but not least, a great garden where you can relax. Wifi works fine....for us defenitely a place to go back to. Doke & Karin, The Netherlands'

Joli petite maison, très discrète et extrêmement bien placé dans l’ancien Modica La propriétaire est très disponible et accueillante, la maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Je conseil chaleureusement'

'Nous avons passé trois merveilleuses semaines chez Giovanni et Carmen. Tout était au rendez-vous pour que nous passions de très bonnes vacances. La location est top, la piscine aussi; c’est très propre. Giovanni est très à l’écoute, réactif et tout en restant discret. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.'

'Lovely house in the centre of Modica. Equiped with alle you need. Great view from the terrace. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. House lies in quiet street. Becuase the house lies somewhat higher than the street, some stairs are to be walked up. Even though it is quite busy on the streets, we could find a free parking place every day. Modica is also a great starting point for trips. e.g. Ragusa, Noto, Donnafugata.'

'Magnifique hébergement avec toutes ses terrasses et son très joli salon. Les chambres sont très confortables et toutes les commodités sont très bien et plus. L’Arrivée a été très facile avec Lorenzo qui nous a donné plein de conseils très pratiques. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr… Merci Rosalie et Lorenzo pour tout☺️ '

"Positief: personeel bij incheckbalie en ontvangst in het algemeen. De kamers zijn echt top, schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt wat je van een 5 sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook werkelijk over de top. Echter, dan blijkt het diner buffet een grote illusie, in ons geval dan. Veel gerechten waren op en werden niet meer bijgevuld, ondanks dat het buffet nog een uur open was. Ook het personeel in het buffet restaurant is moeilijk te benaderen en wanneer wij met 6 persoen water bestelden, kregen we een reeds aangebroken fles voorgeschoteld. Dit werd gelukkig door een collega snel verholpen. Al met al, zeker geen 5 sterren waardig. "
