'Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

'Interesting concept with no room keys or front desk. A bit overpriced on weekends for the offseason, but weekday rates are fine. Very large spacious rooms. A few minor issues I could nit pick about but very nice accommodations.'

'Full kitchen. Oven slightly smaller than average oven but was still able to cook what I needed. No elevator so if you have issues walking upstairs, request the first floor. Overall its a great hotel. Nive size rooms and great price. It felt like i was staying in an appartment. Will stay there again if visiting the area.'

'Easy contact free check in. Code for your room. They also have a self serve gift shop with a complimentary coffee and water bar. Room was clean but I do wish the A/C was a little cooler. The room was humid when we got there. Throughout the night it got better. Beds were soft, comfy and clean'
