'We enjoyed our stay. The property, the view and location were nice. The only negative was the Mongols motorcycle club convention that was going on in the area. Having bikers standing guard on every corner, with the restaurants full of Mongols carrying large knifes, was uncomfortable on vacation with kids. I assume that this was just bad timing and would normally not be an issue. There were no issues though, just a comfort thing.'

'The room provided sufficient accommodations. I do think my family left the place cleaner than we found it. Kitchen items were unorganized and unclean. We took beach items out of the closet and cleaned them because they were covered in sand. There are stains on the cushions on chairs and couch. Carpets had fuzz balls. 'If you don’t mind walking, you can get to the beach all by sidewalk. The amenities were sufficient for my family and the room was clean ready to go when we arrived. Make sure you wash off at the beach tho at one of the public wash areas because the property doesn’t have a wash area before you go inside. '

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
