'Yann went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel welcome. There was a issue with the number of people but he provided an extra room so that we could all be comfortable. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Travelling with small kids can be challenging, but it's easier with hosts like Yann. 'I had a magical and memorable stay at this beautifully kept and historic Chateau. The Chateau is located around 20 minutes from Mont St. Michele and hours drive from dinan. The chateau itself is located on a peaceful country road on grounds inhabited by a lovely flock of geese who spend their days meandering the properties’ ponds. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean with strong air conditioning and decorated with antiques and paintings that speak to the history of the home. The...

'La Jacotiere is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Mont-Saint-Michel. Located on the mainland, this small but lovely property is at the edge of the countryside, away from the crowds but a short walk from restaurants and the bus to Mont-Saint-Michel. It’s also walkable to the island, if preferred, and has a wonderful view of it from the grounds. To top it off, Véronique, who runs La Jacotiere, is wonderful.
