'Het is een goed hotel en wat vooral fijn was dat je via de footbridge binnen 10 minuten lopen in de vertrekhal vd airport staat. '

'Nette ontvangst, koffers werden naar kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk receptie en security personeel. Goede ligging tov terminal 3 NAIA (bij Newport). Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Kamer was heel groot en schoon, met bad.'

'We had an excellent stay here at Okura. The room was so clean, homy vibe feeling and very spacious. The staff was all so helpful, very warm and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again if given an opportunity. Thank you Okura.'

'Net gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd, is nog niet helemaal klaar, maar gerenoveerde kamers zijn zeer netjes. Tevens zeer goed diner buffet, zwembad en fitness.'

'Withing walking distance of Terminal 3 - there's also a shuttle commuting between the Walkway and the hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of options. A late check-out was highly appreciated. Clean room but maintenance in room 7105 on the shower door (doesn't close) and bathroom door (very difficult to opeen) is required.'

'The AC unit must need service because it kept turning off by itself. The room had clear tap pieces still sticking to the ceiling when we entered the room. It appeared as if the rements of a balloon party was held there prior to our booking. '

'Nothing is unique at the acomodation, bed was broken I have pictures. The sink in the bath room was broken as well the cuberts are fuillty. The entrance door can not be closed properlly.'

'Convenient location to just relax after your trip. City view with balcony room is amazing. Plenty of places to eat. Highly recommended and definitely will go back. '

'The place itself is fine but the description is way off. It definitely does not sleep seven, at least not seven adults. There is one king bed and one pullout sofa bed that can sleep at most 3 - that is a total of 5. This is reflected in the kitchen too where there are fewer than seven plates, and cups etc.'

'Even when i had an confirmation and already paid for the romm. They could not find it and i had to leave the place at 1.30am at night in search of another hotel . Terrible communication and reception has no facilities or systems to check. It is only an entrance to a studio. Apparently they have enough bookings so do not care to be customer friendly. '

'There was roach in the property, so it wasn't clean enough needs to be cleaned. I didn't expect this much in the property.Having l roach. Has to be more clean and taking care of it, and also the towels was real bad. You can't even dry yourself. They have to fix those otherwise. TV was okay and you could watch most of the movies and you have all the dishes and pants. So otherwise it's okay.'

'Yeah, I saw my next door it’s so nice with microwave & the interior is presentable. It’s a pity we always go to Phil’s every year. Our bad experienced in your recommendation is so bad. This is not a style for tourist, it destroy the image of the Philippines.'
