Rodney was our butler and he was very attentive to our needs. There were three pools on the property, one that was more active and two outside the rooms that were quieter. However there were other pools you could access on the resort as well just in other hotels. All the pools had a bar accessible. There was sargassum which is to be expected in July, so the beach wasn't ideal. The food was okay, just what you would expect from an all inclusive in punta cana. Las Torres was the best buffet, GO THERE FOR BREAKFAST! There were alot of food options, and each building had a bellboy who would call a cart for you to take you wherever you needed to go. The best restaurant was the italian "tentazione" and the hibachi "sumptuori". Skip the french "la boheme"
