'We stayed for six nights. Pros: clean, garden view is good. Cons: 1. When we are still sleeping at 10am, the staff unlock the door to come inside, it is so Scary. Lucky, we are still wearing clothes. 2. WiFi is unavailable. Staff do not reply message to solve. 3. Noisy at mid-nights ( TV sounds, lady laugh sounds, footsteps & refrigerator sounds) 4. 'The host and the property were fantastic! The only (slight) problem was a misunderstanding of the parking situation. We didn't realize "resident parking" applied only to the Montalcino residents; we were under the impression we would be considered "residents" during our stay. HOWEVER, there is plentiful parking in Montalcino and using the Easy Park made it a breeze!'

'Pros: The apartment was spacious and well equipped in a very rural location. The owner was super helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Appropriate for attending an event at Castello Banfi - as we did. Cons: Steep steps could be a problem for older guests.'

'Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location.'
