The Space:

Downstairs:

Bedroom three at the front of the home is extra large and includes a queen and a single bed and plenty of robe space. Bedroom four has a queen bed, side tables with lamps and more robes.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Separate powder room with toilet and basin. Laundry includes washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and access to outdoor courtyard.

At the rear of the property and overlooking the outdoor entertainment area and grassed yard is a large comfortable family room with TV, sofa, fridge and kitchenette. Glass doors open out to the outdoor paved area with furniture and lovely green lawn. The property is fenced all around.
