'Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

'I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt...

'Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the unit doesn’t tell the story of how great the inside looks! We were pleasantly surprised at the remodeling on the inside and new appliances. 'Check-in was great! Very friendly, informative check-in. When we arrived to the room (which was a balcony beach view, suite in the beach tower) we were so excited that it was so amazing! I told my friend, “This may be the cleanest, best place I’ve ever stayed!” It was short-lived. When we returned back from dinner, there were roaches on the counter. As we killed them, more kept coming from under the stovetop. You’ve never seen two women pack up so fast! The front desk was extremely apologetic....

'The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end.'
