« Nous avons trouvé Chester était assez central pour passer soit la journée dans les secteurs de Lunnenburg, Mahone Bay, Peggy's Cove, Wolfville etc... La section de la maison destinée aux locataires est très représentative des photos. Toute les commodités sont presentes. Salle de bain nouvellement rénovée. Le seul hic se retrouve à l'extérieur, l'aménagement semble super en photo, mais le deck près de l'eau est dangereux, aucune rambarde. Une installation vitrée serait parfaite. En ce moment le...

« Sunset Bank Cottage is amazing! We loved this cottage - very quiet and peaceful with spectacular views. The cottage is decorated beautifully, very well stocked, and so inviting and comfortable. The landscaping and flowers are stunning and really added to the ambiance. Beth is wonderful host. She checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. One of the special touches was fresh cream for coffee and fresh farm eggs. Every single thing about this property is perfect. We highly recommend! »

« Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! »

« We were looking for a quiet getaway at the edge of the world, no destracrions, no noise, and that's exactly what we got. Host was very responsive and courteous. We felt very taken care of and they even returned forgotten items to us after we'd left. Room was very clean and there was lots to do to fill the time. Would highly recommend, will be staying again! »

« Good location liked the paddle boats! Bbq and outdoors nice! Fire pit was nice but didn’t get to use it due to restrictions! Swimming not the best as very rocky area! No AC so it is warm but we brought or own fans which helped some! Overall nice place and no issues! »

« Loved the cottage it had everything we needed. Will definitely come again as we have many friends at Evangeline Beach and have always loved the area »

« Very nice, very clean, and pretty fully equipped. Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Great and helpful staff. Kitchen could use a few more dishes and silverware for those who cook and eat on the premises. Overall, I would recommend and would go back! »

« Amazing cottage, well designed, nicely decorated, with stunning views through a large picture window and from the patio. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and more than willing to address our concerns. »

« Good location for all we were doing. Nice cottage that was clean and older but maintained nicely. Good instructions on getting in the house. Kitchen nicely supplied but needed pitchers for making drinks like tea or a pitcher of water. We bought two of these and left them. Beds were comfortable and we just used the two upstairs bedrooms. Carpet in lower bedroom needs to be replaced as it had lots of stains. TV and sofa upstairs in the bedroom were where we hung out the most. Played some board...

« Amazing property, great value. Seawater private hot tubs are amazing. Lovely private beach. Well appointed cabins with beautiful views. Had a lovely 48 hour get away. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone visiting the area winter or summer. »

« We really enjoyed our stay, especially how beautiful the property is. Sitting in the window of the cottage, watching the views with coffee, was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to get back again throughout the summer months, but recommend booking a cottage at any time of year. »

« The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. »
