'We were a couple in our 50’s. We had a lagoon view villa, the room was clean, a bit dated. Had a safe, decent water pressure in the shower and a bath. The toilet door did not close and had no lock, weird but a non issue for us. Would have been nice to have wine glasses and bottle opener, maybe a plate and a knife so we could enjoy snack on our deck. But we made do.
Has a swim up bar and a few pools. They looked nice but too many screaming kids, we felt should not have been allowed in the bar...

'Some staff are fantastic- Moana (guest services), ian (trainee- bar), anna (restaurant). Some staff are fake to the max (hello ruby).
Reception is the worst experience of the entire stay- checking out - check the bill.
Infinity spa: nice massage & facial. Fantastically quiet.
Breakfast: buffet. Lots of sugary or fatty choices. The chai, quinoa and oats were delicious. Fruit choices include local fruits. Try them!
Lot there were boiled eggs.
Lunch & Dinner: from 10/10 to 7/10. The share...

'Hermoso resort, habitaciones cómodas y buena atención el único problema es que no pudimos bañarnos, nos quedamos una noche y al día siguiente nos dijeron que no había agua porque estaban haciendo unas reparaciones, tuvimos que pedir agua para poder cepillarnos los dientes'

'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...).
Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful. A driver was arranged for us to tour the island and we recommend that. There are a lot of families so if you are not into kids in the...
