'Arranging airport transfers via Expedia’s messaging portal was a failure. Hotel quoted a price via the portal that I confirmed, but no one showed up at the airport. Had to pay much more for a taxi. 'Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'Ik heb een week in Poppy's gelogeerd, het was er prima. Dit resort ligt, zoals de naam al zegt, aan een lagune met een privéstrandje en wat strandbedjes en kajaks. Er zijn 3 zwembaden, maar op het familiebad na, stellen die niet zoveel voor, ze zijn echter wel schoon. Er zijn verschillende accommodatiekeuzes, van ruime gezinsappartementen aan het strand tot aan standaard kamer in een klein gebouw wat meer naar achteren. Ik verbleef in 1 van deze kamers, wat wel betekende dat het een pittige klim...

'We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc.'
