'Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.'

'The cottages are brand new. The view over the sea is amazing. The interior is very modern and clean. We only missed a trash bin in the room (next to the small one in the bathroom).'

'Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.'

'Amazing place, so welcoming and relaxing! Excellent Instructions on fireplace and general facilities etc… Rooms are excellent with incredible views of the bay! Felt we could have stayed a lot longer and will be our first choice next time we are back to Bruny'
