Property near, PA State Perks with hiking trails and boat launching, great restaurants, Bucks County historical attractions, shopping. Only four of us, but this property is ideal for large groups for holidays. Host are very communicative and helpful. »

« This was a perfect little get away as I did some family history exploration in the valley. Great little general stores in the villages and good food at Kempton Hotel bar/restaurant. The carriage house has such a peaceful vibe and beautiful views of the valley/mountains. Hosts were lovely. Would love to stay again! »

« Ken and Denise have perfected the art of making one feel welcome from start to finish. Welcome cheese and fruit plate with wine, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and desserts to choose from, water and coffee available 24/7, and snacks in the room. The property is also very clean and within walking distance of shops, sites, and restaurants in town. I highly recommend! »

« Our hosts were friendly and helpful - they welcomed us when we arrived, that was a very nice touch and got us started in a very positive way. Tasty healthy breakfast! Room was very comfortable, large shower! Comfortable bed. Location was great - easy drive to parks, tourist attractions, shopping, dining. Our stay here was a big part of a very enjoyable weekend in Bucks County. »

« Our host Mona and Bill could have not been more hospitable!! They were kind, respectful, and gracious, nothing was too much trouble. The property sits on top of a mountain, so you have beautiful views of the entire valley. Mona and Bill also have two beautiful/obedient dogs Bailey and Biscotti, if you love kisses, they will give you plenty. This is the best bed and breakfast that my wife and I have stayed at, we are already booking again!!!! »
