'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'De hoste is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een warm ontvangst. Bij vragen is er binnen zeer korte tijd antwoord. Het appartement is schoon en aan alles is gedacht. Een rustige straat in het centrum. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Een heel fijne week gehad. '

'Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.'

'Ubicación inmejorable, con vistas al mar, ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar al lado de la playa. Buena zona con restaurantes cerca,sin duda para repetir.Buena comunicación con la dueña y facilidades con su familia que viven en el piso de abajo y no hubo problema en hacer el check in más tarde de lo acordado por un problema que nos surgió de camino.Desde luego una experiencia única que sin duda repetiré, mi familia se quedó impactada con las vistas y el poder dormir escuchando las...

'I had a Lovely welcome at this nice appartement. Igor is a lovely guy with a very good energy! He welcomed & informed about EVERYTHING I needed and wanted to know about the area of Valencia I was in. Thank you IGOR & I will surely be staying in your lovely place again when I am back!'

'verblijf niet voldoende voor neer dan 2 personen. De slaapbank is van onvoldoende kwaliteit, ‘s nachts geen gordijnen of andere verduistering wat t slapen moeilijk maakte zeker gezien de naar binnen schijnende straatverlichting. '

'Echaría en falta, un par de vasos de cristal mas (no copas)Una tapa para la sartén de la medida correspondiente. Cortinas para la oscuridad tanto en el ventanal principal como en el tragaluz del dormitorio. Y solucionar el problema de las cucarachas. El resto está correcto. '

'Le logement est comme sur les photos. L'emplacement est superbe: à 2 mins d'un supermarché et à 5 mins de la plage. Donc pas besoin de voiture. En plus, Ana a été très arrangeante tout au long du séjour. On est entierement satisfait !'
