« This cabin was more than I could have hoped for. It’s comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s very convenient to Hwy. 9 and not far from Breckenridge. We loved exploring all that Alma and Fairplay had to offer - 2 towns we probably would have never explored if we were staying in Breckenridge. We hope to stay here again! »

« A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. « The location could not have been better. Snuggled in pines with a view of mountains, a nice deck, and a lovely path to a picnic table and swing behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place for anyone who does not have trouble with stairs. It would be helpful for the listing to note that the two main bedrooms are downstairs, which posed a problem for my 91 year old father who was with me, leading to us leaving early. « Great cabin & neighborhood, but the yard leaves some to be desired. The fenced in area for dogs is broken &/or gapped & the rest of the yard is not well maintained. Additionally, since there's no AC I would recommend screened windows & doors to keep out bugs when letting in a cool breeze. Overall, though, it was a very nice stay. »

« The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. »

« The cabin is in a great location, very accommodating staff and plenty of room. It could afford some upgrades and only one bathroom is not ideal, but we only did one night, so it worked for us! »
