For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. 'Absolut überteuert und nicht zu empfehlen! Waschmaschine war nicht im Apartment wie auf den Fotos angezeigt war, sondern auf dem Dach in einen verdreckten Raum. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Wäscheständer .. musste ich erst erfragen. In keiner Nacht konnte man schlafen da nachts zwischen 00-06 entweder Müllabfuhr vorbei fuhr oder LKW Anlieferung waren oder Straßen reinigungen waren oder oder oder .. mit Schlaf war da nicht viel. 'I loved the location of this apartment. Miguel was helpful with a recommendation for transit from the train station and met me for an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and had everything that I needed. I found the apartment quiet and if you close the room darkening shades on the glass doors there is no street noise. I highly recommend the apartment for a Santa Cruz stay. '

'It was right at the heart of all the cute shops, desserts and restaurants. We were also able to put our luggage inside the property safely in a locker before and after check out, so we didn’t need to worry about booking lockers outside. The staff was also really kind and responsive in answering our questions. The place was safe & the amenities were amazing with the AC, TV, kitchen, in unit washing machine, and the outdoor rooftop pool. I would definitely recommend anyone to have you stay...

'The place is well located within walking distance of the attractions and the center of the city. The check-in/out process was very smooth, and Miguel was very helpful in explaining the facility and showing us where to find the attractions. The room was as described, very clean, and cute. The coffee shop, PARADAS, located at the end of the street on the right, was delicious. Their coffee was amazing, and the best way to start your day. Highly recommend it!'

'The location can’t be beat! Right on a main shopping drag and great for standing on the balcony and taking in the sounds of the city! Beds were comfy and actually, I’d like to know what kind of pillows they have because I loved them! The business of the street made it hard for one of us to sleep, but it was worth it for the location!'
