« My room was not clean. The couch had animal hair all over it. It was so bad I did not sit on it the whole stay. I lifted one of the couch pillows and it had food and old candy underneath it. The floor was dirty with crumbs and dust everywhere. I would have found another hotel but there was 2 conventions in town.
The phone in the room did not work at all. The dead bolt on the door did not work, I was very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

« Great location, close to the Reds ballpark and the bus came right by the hotel, only $1 to ride if you had cash. Rooms were spacious and clean, front desk were helpful. Elevators were a bit slow and the breakfast was ok. All in all we were very happy with our stay »
